I began teaching at a London primary school in September 2018 and I will be beginning my third year with the school this year. I’ve moved into a leadership position developing Art and Design & Technology programming for our school, which is something I’ve really enjoyed doing. I’ve spent the past 2 years primarily teaching in years 2 and 3 and this year, I’ll be teaching years 3-6. I’ve loved all the challenges that teaching in the UK has presented and I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve been provided early on in my career that I know I wouldn’t have been able to do so soon in Canada. I’m eager to see where my career takes me in the coming years!
