My name is Francesca Cacchione and I have taught Nursery in Bradford for the past two years. Julie, from Aurelia Education, helped me find my job. 

I knew I wanted to teach abroad after I graduated from the B.Ed Program at Mount Saint Vincent University, but I wasn't sure where I wanted to teach. There are so many options available and I thought my decision would be very difficult. Then I met Julie in November 2014. It was one of the first presentations I attended and I knew right away I wanted to teach with Aurelia. Julie was very honest about the realities of teaching in the UK and was clear that she was seeking high quality, dedicated educators. Some of the other UK recruitment companies I met with didn’t ask me anything about my teaching style, year group preferences or ask for any references. Julie did. 

Julie placed me at a primary school where I receive weekly mentorship and extensive professional development opportunities. My school had an amazing leadership team that  focused on helping me become the best teacher I could be.
